Detection of Bottleneck in Manufacturing Supply Chain using Specific KPI

چکیده

With the introduction of Digital Transformation (DX) era, It is now feasible to obtain digital data not only on shop floor manufacturing facility but also across whole supply chain (SC) network for improved management. The Bottleneck (BN) first tackling point gain more throughput. By getting accumulated Lead time (LT) SC map using simulations, we could identify bottleneck regardless production policies such as push or pull: a simulator that imitates entire by assembling materials; simple Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are average lead and standard deviation simulator; identifying BN from remaining quantities work in processes (WIP) between nodes high-demand situation; based use at low-demand situation virtually. In addition, our last method can depict degree how each node close BN, sorting rate utilization nodes.
